We keep the data we collect focused on billing, activation, and abuse prevention. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

We collect the email address you use to purchase or activate Pro, limited billing metadata from Paddle, and basic request data such as IP address to rate-limit activation requests and protect the service from abuse.

The activation email flow

The extension sends your email address to our activation service only when you start sign-in in the Pro panel, and only to send you a one-time code and confirm your purchase with Paddle. The extension never transmits your email at any other time, and your Pro state is stored locally on your device — never in browser sync storage. If you never open the activation flow, the extension makes no requests carrying your email at all.

How we use it

We use this information to confirm eligibility for Pro access, send one-time sign-in codes, provide billing support, process refunds, and maintain service security.

Third-party services

Paddle acts as merchant of record for payments. We also use an email delivery provider strictly to send one-time sign-in codes. Those providers only receive the data required to perform their role.

Data retention

Our activation service stores no user database: purchase records live with Paddle, and sign-in codes are derived cryptographically and never stored. Billing records are retained by Paddle for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
